  • Guest registration should be used for invited guests outside your organizational team. This is for record keeping.
    Use "Additional Team Members" to register people from your company.
  • Each additional team member pays the same as our attendees to cover meal and beverages. $28

Set up starts at 5:30 pm 

Tuesday, May 13, 2025 The Event runs from 6:30 - 8:30 pm

We are back at the Cadillac Bar for this event.

The cost of hosting this at a venue like St. Arnold's has become unsustainable. 

Plus, the Cadillac Bar takes very good care of us.

Vendor tables will go around the room. 

Food will be served in the connecting room. 


Vendor space includes dinner for 1 company representative.

This is the GHPCA's thank you for supporting us through the years.

For each additional team member you are asked to pay the same $28 our attendees pay. 

Each Vendor is asked to provide at least 1 premium raffle prize. Tickets will be sold through most of the evening and a ticket container will be placed at each Vendor Booth to collect. Proceeds from the raffle will be applied to the GHPCA scholarship fund.

Please email your company logo and website address as soon as possible to greaterhoustonpca@gmail.com so we can start promoting  your participation in the event.
